The following packages released as at November 2013 are based on 100 people attending your event. They are only guidelines and can be reduced or added to as required. Please note, the below prices exclude hard costs such as catering, AV, entertainment etc. Please contact us for a personalised quote for your requirements.
“The Plan Package”
This entry level package gives you the basics you need:
- Venue sourcing and coordination
- Catering (menu & beverage selection) sourcing and coordination

“The Solid Package”
The solid package includes:
- Electronic invitations
- Registrations/RSVP coordination
- Venue sourcing and coordination
- Catering (menu & beverage selection) sourcing and coordination
- AV (lighting & sound) sourcing and coordination
- Entertainment/MC/Speakers booking and coordination
- Signage design and coordination
- Gifts & Awards sourcing and coordination
- Seating Plan
- Attendance of an Event Manager on the day of your event.
$1050 (including GST)
“The Ultimate Package”
The package where you don’t have to do a thing! It includes:
- Invitations (both paper and/or electronic included)
- Registration/RSVP coordination
- Venue sourcing and coordination
- Catering sourcing and coordination
- AV (lighting & sound) sourcing and coordination including Powerpoint presentation requirements
- Entertainment/MC/Speakers booking and coordination
- Decorations – including table centrepieces, table runners, table numbers/names (inclusion of)
- Gifts & Awards sourcing and coordination
- Fund Raising coordination including silent and/or ballot auctions, raffle tickets, live auction & auctioneer
- Seating Plan
